All things new and exciting happening with me!

Well hello there!

As you can see I’ve recently had a new website designed (thanks to Stu - Gekko) and updated as it was time for a change. Things have been going pretty busy for me in the world of Hardcore at the moment, so here’s an update of what I’ve been up to and what’s to come in the next month.

I’ve not long got back from HTID in the Sun 09, which has had to have been definitely the best one yet! For those of you that weren’t out there I played the pre-party on Wednesday, a main room set on Wednesday with JB-C (which was simply unreal) and on the boat party on Friday with Wotsee, Casper and Marc Smith. Big thank you to everyone at HTID for having me out to play in Lloret de Mar and just as bigger thank you to everyone I met out there and partied with! If you missed it this year make sure you get there next year as this event is far too good to miss!!!

On Tuesday (23/06/09), my first release with RSR Recordings (RSR Boys, Clodhopper & Deanne - Shinedown) will be available to purchase from most record shops that sell Hardcore. Mystery and Blow Your Mind (with MC Knight) shall also be out to buy in the next few months on Electrik Euphoria and I shall update you with more information as soon as possible.

I’m also busy with bookings at the moment and am particularly looking forward to Hardcore Heaven Summer Session at The Opera House on 3rd July and Ravers Reunited on 11th July. For more information of my exact whereabouts please check the ‘Events’ tab.

And last but not least, I’m proud to inform you all that I have been nominated for the Best Breakthrough DJ Award at the Hardcore Heaven Awards this year. I’m not asking you all to vote for me but if you would like to you can at Slammin Vinyl - Hardcore Heaven Awards

Hardcore Heaven Summer Session

Hardcore Heaven is back at the height of summer at the Opera House in Bournemouth for their ‘Summer Session’ event!

I will also be exclusively interviewed by Wessex TV at this event, which will include some footage being taken from my set so make sure you get your best outfits on…more details of what time my set is will be posted nearer the event.

Full Throttle - 2nd Birthday Bash

On Friday 26th June Full Throttle returns for its 3rd event of the year. Last time over 600 of you turned out an stomped your hearts out until the final tune. This next event is set to be even bigger!

This event also happens to coincide with our 2nd Birthday (ok it’s slightly late). So for this we are pulling out all the stops!

We have an absolutely awesome line up for you, with plenty of established and up and coming talent!

Topping the bill is none other than DJ Sy. The scratchmaster has been one of the top dogs in Hardcore since it’s conception. He will be bringing some full on Quosh bounce for you, with plenty of scratching thrown in for good measure.

We also have Squad-E - Voted No.1 Breakthrough DJ 2007 this guy has been smashing over the last few years. Part of the Raverbaby and Twista records crew he has been producing slammer after slammer. He will be keeping your arms in the air for the whole hour.

Alongside these top DJ’s we have the lyrical masters MC Wotsee - who is one of the most respected MC’s in the Hardcore scene and MC Enemy - 2008 Breakthrough Hardcore MC.

The fun does not stop there. We also have the first ladies of Hardcore playing b2b - Clodhopper and Sc@r. These ladies are being booked by all the top promotions in Hardcore including HTID, Hardcore Heaven and Fusion. Do not miss this set, it will be a stomper.

The up and coming stars keep rolling in with Wales top duo and Thin and Crispy’s very own Last of the Mohicans. The boys are fast becoming the most respected duo within the Hardcore scene, with their action packed sets and bouncing productions.

We also have the promoters Naughty & Intox showcasing their new productions and local DJ - Risky warming up with some anthems.

All of this will be hosted by MC’s Goughy, H20, Vizor and our MC competition winner (details below).

On top of this we have an extended license to 4am to give you an extra party hour, some of the best sound and lighting to be found, decor, merchandise stalls, reasonably priced drinks, an undercover smoking terrace and friendly security. What more can you ask for the bargain price of £6 before 11pm and £8 after???

As you may notice there has been some changes to the site and some funky girly colours floating around…what girly girl doesn’t like some pink in her life right? It was time for a overhaul and a new logo has been drawn up for our beloved Clodhopper.
